As our workplace is your home, we are extremely selective about who we recommend so rest assured all our registered builders have been vetted before they are invited to price your project.
Before we recommend a registered builder our screening process includes 3 checkpoints:
Registered & Qualified
You’ll know they are qualified, up to the mark and construct to Australia’s strict construction standards. Each builder is registered, insured and are able to demonstrate a high level of craftsmanship and OH&S compliance.
The Right Attitude
Past experience proves that happy, friendly, communicative people onsite make for a better quality outcome. They are also more reliable and take pride in their work. As a result, we only work with co-operative operators who comprehend and respect those around them.
Good Character
With over 20 years of experience we are renowned for our reliability & dependability so naturally we demand all our building partners to be of equal good character. References & police checks are carried out annually in line with current VBA obligations, so relax! – you’re in good hands.
